This is a Class A Restricted Motorcoach Community. You MUST have a Class A motorhome to continue with this reservation.
The reservation you are about to make solely pertains to the lot number stated/selected and to no other lot within the resort.
Rates are subject to 12% Florida Hotel tax.
A 4% Processing Fee will be added to each reservation that is paid for using a charge card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Checks, international credit cards. We do not honor Cash.
RATES INCLUDE: Electric, water, sewer, basic cable, WIFI at the lots , use of golf course and all resort amenities, and concierge services.
NO TRAILERS/TOW-DOLLIES: MotorCoach Resort SLW Rentals does not provide storage for trailers or tow-dollies - arrangements for storage must be made prior to arrival. Please call guest services to obtain information for storage facilities located close to the resort before your arrival.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT: Check-in is 1:00 p.m. Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. A late check-out is available for a fee. If your travel plans have you arriving later than 4:30 p.m. Please make arrangements to arrive before 5:30 pm. Anyone that arrives after then will be unable to enter the resort and will be charged for that night. By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each site. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled or revised in any way including arrival/departure dates, lot # or type with more than a sixty (60) day notice of check in date will be charged 50% of the deposit (additional fees may apply). Reservations cancelled within sixty (60) days of the reservation check in date will be charged 100% of all monies received(additional fees may apply).
CONFORMITY WITH RULES AND POLICIES: All rental guests and their families are required to conform to the rules and policies adopted and enforced by Motorcoach Resort SLW Rentals, LLC ('Motorcoach Rentals'), and of Motorcoach Resort SLW Owners Association, in respect of rentals of available spaces. Failure to so conform with rules or policies or abuse of rental personnel in the discharge of their duties shall be grounds for revocation of any reservation agreement or rental contract and for eviction from the Motorcoach Resort. In the event of termination and eviction, Motorcoach Rentals shall have full authority to remove any coach or vehicle from the Motorcoach Resort at the expense of the rental Guest; any refund of prepaid rent shall be solely made at the discretion of Motorcoach Rentals.
LOTS FOR SALE: If you are placed on a lot that is for sale during the time of your stay, the lot may be shown during your stay. Any person interested in viewing a lot that is for sale must be accompanied by a Licensed Realtor.
Pet Policies: Pets are restricted to two (2) pets per lot. Dogs are to be exercised in the dog walk areas. Owners must always clean up after their pets. Dogs are to be always leashed with leashes no longer than six (6) feet and controlled in a manner to be kept off private lots. Dogs are not allowed on the golf course. Please DO NOT allow your pet to run loose at any time. Pets are NOT allowed in the clubhouse pool area, laundry facilities, bathhouses, or clubhouse. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended or to make excessive noise. Pet pens are not allowed on the premises. Management reserves the right to ask anyone not in compliance with these rules to leave the Resort. Please be thoughtful towards others when dealing with your pet. We also, suggest you carry your pets last shot records in case an issue should arise.
NO LIABILITY/INDEMNIFICATION/HOLD HARMLESS: The owners of the property, MotorCoach Resort SLW Owners association and MotorCoach Resort SLW Rentals, do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the property owners and Motorcoach Resort SLW Rentals, harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss.
DAMAGE LIABILITY: Rental guests are responsible for any damage caused by them or their guests to the rental lot or common property within the Resort.
Golf Course:
Our golf course at Motorcoach Resort Port St Lucie West is an important part of the resort experience. We want you and others to be able to enjoy the course and ask that all in your group follow these rules.
1. Golf course is for golfing only. It is not to be used for pet walking, bike riding etc.
2. Children under 16 are to be playing golf only in the company of someone over 18 who is responsible for insuring the general rules and decorum of golf are followed.
3. Generally golfers start play on either hole 1 or 10. However, as long as golfers already on the course are not interfered with, it is acceptable to start on other holes.
4. Golfing attire is casual on our course. Shirts must be worn at all times as they are required everywhere in the Resort except the swimming pools. We do not allow metal spikes and do require soft soled shoes such as sneakers if you do not have golf shoes.
5. Course rules require that tees are used on all teeing grounds. Teeing off directly on the ground is only allowed on tees with artificial grass.
6. Please repair all divots on tees with the provided sand.
7. All ball marks on greens are to be repaired (and we encourage repairing one additional mark as a way to keep the course in prime condition) prior to putting.
